This Privacy Policy explains how T&C Global Ecom LLC ("Everlind," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit everlind.com (the "Site"), contact us, or make a purchase from us. Our store runs on Shopify, which also processes certain data on our behalf to power checkout, hosting, and fraud prevention.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Depending on how you interact with Everlind, we may collect:
Contact details — name, shipping and billing address, phone number, email address.
Order and payment information — items purchased, order value, and payment confirmation (card numbers themselves are handled directly by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers).

From service providers — our payment processor, shipping carriers, and marketing platforms share limited information back with us (for example, delivery status or ad performance).

Because we run retargeting and catalog ads, some cookies may be used to show you Everlind ads on other sites — you can opt out of interest-based advertising through:

6. Who we share information with
We share personal information only as needed to run the business:
Shopify, our e-commerce platform, which processes data to host the Site and power checkout. See Shopify's own privacy policy for details on their processing.
Payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal), to complete transactions securely.
Shipping and fulfillment partners, to deliver your order.
Marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta, Google), to run ads and measure Site performance.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Everlind sells to customers across multiple countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, and the United Arab Emirates. We keep order and account information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymize it.

The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, social media). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies separately.
