We did not want to sell you something that quietly stops mattering. So every everlind piece comes with the Forever Promise.

What it covers

Free replacement, for life. If your piece ever loses its shine, tell us and we send you a new one. No time limit, no receipt hunting.

Tarnish and discoloration, always covered. Our pieces are made to be worn every day. If yours ever changes color on you, that is on us.

A free remake if we get it wrong. Personalized pieces are made by hand. If there is a spelling or spec error on our side, we remake it once, free.

How to use it

Write to us at contact@everlind.com with your order number and a photo. We reply within one business day and tell you exactly what happens next.

That is the whole policy. No fine print underneath it.
