Payment Policy

At everlind, checkout is encrypted end to end. We never see or store your full card number.

Accepted payment methods

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay.

Currency

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own fee.

When you are charged

Your card is authorized when you place the order and captured when the order is confirmed. For personalized pieces, production begins after you confirm your details, so the charge is taken at purchase.

Security

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal over an encrypted connection. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined, no order is created and no funds are held for longer than your bank's authorization window. Try another method or write to us.

Who charges you

Charges on your statement appear from T&C Global Ecom LLC, the company that operates everlind.com. If you see a charge you do not recognize, that is why.

Problems with a charge

If you see a charge you do not recognize, please email contact@everlind.com with the date and amount before contacting your bank. We can usually resolve it the same day, and it is faster than a dispute.
